Offer and Agreement
These terms (the "Terms") form part of the agreement (the "Agreement") between:
a) Skynation Academy ("The Provider") with Trade License 556916-6605, and
b) The Customer who purchases the Provider's services ("The Customer").
The Provider and the Customer are referred to collectively as "The Parties" and individually as a "Party." If the Parties agree on terms that deviate from the Terms, the agreed-upon terms will apply unless the context or circumstances clearly indicate otherwise. The Agreement becomes valid when the Customer gains access to the digital course content, at which point the service is considered delivered.
What the Customer Receives
The Customer will receive the following as part of their package:
- Skynation Academy ECOM Done-For-You Solution: A comprehensive 4-month program that includes one-on-one mentorship focused on product and niche selection, building a fully operational e-commerce store, and launching ad campaigns.
- 1-1 Mentorship: Personalized guidance from experienced mentors to help ensure the success of the Customer's e-commerce business during the 4-month period.
- Product and Niche Development: Assistance in identifying profitable product ideas and niches tailored to the Customer's goals.
- E-Commerce Store Setup: Complete setup and customization of an e-commerce store ready for launching.
- Campaign Launch: Planning, creation, and execution of advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Access to Skynation Academy Community: Ongoing access to a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs and experts.
- Access to comprehensive video course: Full access to Skynation Academy's course library through the Skool platform.
Guarantee
The Provider offers an guarantee that the Customer may utilize no earlier than 4 months after enrolling. If the Customer follows all steps outlined under the guarantee and does not achieve a total revenue exceeding three hundred thousand kronor (300,000 SEK) including VAT. To utilize the guarantee, the Customer must meet the following requirements:
- (a) The Customer must participate in all check-in calls with their coach.
- (b) The Customer must spend at least 50,000 SEK on advertising within 4 months.
The burden of proof lies with the Customer for the points above. If the Customer has not reached the revenue goal of three hundred thousand kronor (300,000 SEK) within 4 months of signing this contract, the Customer must attend 2 follow-up meetings. The Provider will offer free support until the Customer achieves the revenue goal.
Liability for Damages
Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, either Party must compensate the other for damages caused by a breach of the Agreement. The Customer must pay a penalty equivalent to the service fee for each unauthorized individual who gains access to the services through the Customer's login credentials.
The Customer must also indemnify the Provider against claims from third parties arising from violations of laws, regulations, or infringements of third-party intellectual property rights.
Prices and Payment
If the payment deadline specified on the invoice is exceeded, the following applies:
- A reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged.
- Interest on late payments will be applied in accordance with the Interest Act (1975:635).
- Collection costs will be charged in accordance with the Debt Collection Act.
The Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend services if payment is delayed. However, this does not terminate the Customer's right to the services. If the payment delay exceeds 30 days, the Provider has the right to terminate the delivery of services entirely.
Force Majeure
A Party is not liable for failure to fulfill the Agreement due to force majeure events beyond their control, such as pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, fires, floods, riots, or terrorism. However, this exemption does not apply to events foreseeable at the time of the Agreement. The affected Party must notify the other Party immediately if a force majeure event occurs.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not responsible for production loss, data loss, business loss, goodwill loss, or any indirect or consequential damages. The Provider’s total liability for damages is limited to 100% of the service fee. The Customer is solely responsible for the content they use, publish, or upload within the services.
